Everything on bontology.com is here to explain what Bontology is and how it works. It is general information, not professional, legal, or financial advice, and it is not a contract. If you are evaluating Bontology for your organization, treat these pages as a starting point for a conversation, not as terms of a deal.

Good faith, without warranty

We write this content carefully and in good faith, and we work to keep it accurate and current. Even so, we provide it as is, without warranties of any kind. We may update, correct, or change pages at any time as the product and our understanding evolve, so what you read here reflects our view at the time you read it.

Statistics and sources

Where we cite a statistic, we attribute it to its source and name the year, so you can check it yourself. Those figures belong to the researchers and organizations who produced them, and we present them in their original framing. If you spot something you believe we have represented incorrectly, please tell us and we will look into it.

Sample data is fictional

The examples we use to show how the model works, including Hartwell Fabrication Co. and Cedar Lane Bakery, are invented for illustration. They are not real companies, and any figures shown alongside them are made up to demonstrate the product, not drawn from a real engagement. We never show a real client’s data on this site.

The product is governed separately

These terms apply to the website only. The Bontology product, the application at app.bontology.com, is provided under its own separate agreements, which govern access to and use of that service. Nothing on this site grants you rights to the product or changes those agreements.

Using the content fairly

You are welcome to read, link to, and reference this site. Please do not scrape or bulk-copy it, and please do not present its content in a way that misrepresents Bontology or implies an endorsement, partnership, or claim we have not made. The Bontology name, wordmark, and the content on these pages remain ours.
