Could you not just stack a few of these together?
You could. Anyone can transcribe an interview into user stories. The hard part is not producing the outputs, it is being able to trust them. A model is what makes them trustworthy: every activity, cost, problem, and requirement stays connected to the evidence that produced it, carries a verification state, and updates when the business does. A stack of separate tools gives you separate artifacts that quietly drift apart. A model keeps them honest.
Where process mining's effort really goes
